I’ve been playing around with some story ideas and character concpets, and I especially like this one.  I’m not sold on the style yet, sometimes you have to complete something to realize it’s not what you want…the good news is the new sketches I’ve been coming up with are better!  More dynamic…  Gotta keep pushin it!  Stay tuned and I’ll show more versions as I brainstorm.

Remade an old unfinished character from 2008…little bit better this time 😀

….And they called it (Pregnant) Hippo Loooove….  This was a birthday present for my wonderful and amazing wife.   She LOVES hippos and fat things are the most adorbz to her.  I was inspired by the art of Goro Fujita, Samuel Smith, and of course Disney & Pixar!  If you love it, share the love 🙂

“Engineer”  Developers, Inventors, Electricians, Makers…all Engineers have a finely tuned mind like a machine.  It’s no surprise they have an affinity for machines and their inner workings.  It’s really quite simple: internal and external cerebral documentation of sophisticated technical dynamic computational algorithms are routinely implemented to facilitate efficiency, automation, fabrication, and manufacturing industrial processes.

Bow to the Mother of Dragons insolent fool, you are not worthy!  This Daeneyrs fan art painting I just completed is for sale.  I’m still working on setting up a store, and I’ll keep you updated in the meantime, so check back soon!

“Equinopolis”  There’s a deep backstory here…what do you think it is?  …& soon this painting will be for sale!  I will be setting up several of my paintings to sell, including new-to-come works.

Here’s some progress on the Equinopolis painting…I’m about 2/3 – 3/4 done now.   Most of what’s left is filling in smaller details.  Any comments so far?  Thoughts?1Dreamscape_Painting51Dreamscape_Painting

I started Levelup recently (http://www.conceptart.org/go/learn/levelup-stage-1/) I’m very slow because I don’t have a lot of time, but I have to remind myself it’s setup like a legit college program.  Here’s my first “Dreamscape” Painting assignment, 4 hrs for this thumbnail.

Check out the Wild West Exodus Painting!

The website has been due a new blog post for far too long! I will post some more of these when they allow because I’ve done many many more.
Painted with Adobe Photoshop for the Outlaw Miniatures tabletop game “Wild West Exodus.” The sketches I have the pleasure of painting were originally drawn by Roberto Cirillo, an extremely talented sketch concept artist!
